Richard began his career in London with Capital Equipment in sales and sales management roles and, after 11 successful years, joined the pharma Industry in 1997 to become an established GP and hospital representative in South Wales.
Richard has successfully been in charge of Phoenix Medical Recruitment Ltd for nearly 4 years, maintaining and expanding its professional service.
Richard has given particular attention to broadening the co-operation with other like-minded pharmaceutical sales agencies and medical sales organisations to provide a bespoke package of flexible solutions geared to addressing the diverse requirements of an ever-changing pharmaceutical industry.

Michele Treweek
Hailing originally from a finance background Michele `cut her teeth` working for another pharmaceutical recruitment agency for two years before moving up to her role at Phoenix in 2010 with responsibility for ensuring an experienced and relevant database, full of quality candidates,as well as additional search and selection.
Additionally there is dedicated support staff for IT, Advertising and Administration to ensure a professional service at all times.
